| Q - What payment options do you accept? |
| A - Ice Cache accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All online orders are processed with standard SSL Security Encryption. We gladly accept mailed in checks or money orders, but please note items are not shipped until your check or money order clears (usually 5 business days). |
| Q - Will I be charged Sales Tax? |
| A - Currently, Sales Tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State. |
| Q - Are your items genuine? |
| A - Yes, all of Ice Cache's treasures are genuine. Our gold is either solid 10k, 14k or 18 karat. Our gold is not layered in any way. All of our diamonds & gemstones are genuine stones unless noted differently on the specific item. |
| Q - How long will my order take to deliver? |
| A - We take the highest effort in shipping your item as quick as possible. Items in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business. Items not in stock may take longer - 2 weeks. If your item requires sizing or engraving, please allow extra delivery time for them. If at any time you want to know the availability of an item please email or call us. |
| Q - Can I get my item any quicker? |
| A - Yes, any in stock item may be shipped express delivery for an additional charge. Please select your option during checkout. If you're in a rush, please make sure to contact us to see if the item is in stock. If you choose express delivery & your item is not in stock, you will be notified promptly via email & your order will be changed to standard delivery. |
| Q - Can I get an item in a different length, size, or color than the one stated? |
| A - We make it our goal to get you the perfect piece of jewelry. If you see something that you'd like in a different size, length, or color please contact us as we may be able to resize an a like piece, change out stones or special order an item for you. |
| Q - How can I track my order? |
| A - You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting "my account" on the menu bar at the top of any page. Alternatively you can always call us and our Customer Service Representatives will be pleased to help you. |

| Q - Is it safe to mail jewelry? |
| A - With Ice Cache it is always safe to mail jewelry! We insure all pieces that shipped out including the free shipping we offer to return items. |
| Q - Can you help me resize my ring? |
| A - If the ring you choose does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 5 business days. |
| Q - How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted? |
| A - Ice Cache will make every effort to accommodate your request. To cancel an order, please have your order number at hand and contact our Customer Service Team toll or via e-mail us as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfilment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Ice Cache according to our 30-day money back return policy.
